Delivery Time

Before you confirm the purchase process we will confirm you the delivery date. Depending of the country we will sent you an email to say it.

Place of Delivery

The place of delivery will be the address you indicate in the order at the time of purchase.

The shipment cost

The shipment cost varies depending on the city/the country, the weight of the order… when you make your purchase we inform you of the cost of them, before you finalize the order. For shipments to other countries: The amount of customs duty or tariff will be charged once the package reaches your country. Additional customs taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, we can´t predict their amount. There is great variability in customs policies from country, so you should contact your customs office for more information.

For any question about your order please contact us: info@firstluxury.es, you must indicate your contact details and your order number.
We will inform immediately to the agency of transport the incidence and we will respond you by email.

Payment

When processing your order at the store www.firstluxury.es, pay securely with credit card or debit card using Paypal.
This payment is fully on-line so the orders are paid in full at the time of the purchase.
Only in case of special payments when we need to calculate the transport’s cost, the payment should be realized by bank transfer.

Returns

According to the Law 7/1996 of Trade when you receive your order if you discover that some product does not correspond with the product you has requested, it is defective or simply you want to change or to return it, please contact us by e-mail: info@firstluxury.es, indicating all information relating to your order, the product you want to return and the reason for return.
We will can change it if not happened more than 7 days since you received the order, and always the product is in original condition.
Once we have received and processed the returned product, we will send you the product again (in case it is a change) or we will refund the cost by credit card via e-mail notifying you.
Only we will pay the shipment cost that generate a refund if this is due owes to our mistake on having served the order, or if it is a question of a defective product. 
In case it is a change of article because it is not of his pleasure, but should neither to a fault of manufacture nor an erroneous sending for our part, the postage and handling that the change generates of an article, they will run always at the expense of the client.
